Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was swerving to avoid a second car, i went into anothe lane, head on collision with a full size f-150, truck was at 60mph, both turnd to avoid eachother, same direction...driver side belt came out of frame, no marks on body, hands and arms,legs ets, all smashed into the dash. the belt was and is still lached. the bolt was only in the frame, what appers to be less than 4 threds of the anker! i sustaind a mild head concution as well as deep contusions to the arms and lower legs, as well the left hand was broken up in meny places, smale bone fragments needing to be repaird. i, on the advice of an atturny, perchased the care back from the ajuster as evidence that the restraint faild! this car was in like new condition. thothing was replaced on the interer & only manufacturer replacment parts for the engine components! "what happend" this was a neer 100mph empact, i needed the assurence that the belt was ther............i could have died or been sent out the windsheeld. *ak |
