| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The windshield wiper and washer totally fails. it is an intermittent condition lasting from a few minutes to a few hours. it is a safety item that has been identified in previous recalls. the local dealer refused to correct it because my vin was not identified in previous recall notices. this is a classic example of visual systems failure described in nhtsa campaign id numbers 98v150000 and 98v150001. your letter postmarked june 22, 2000 stated that a representative from net inc would contact me within the next two weeks. five weeks have passed and i have not been contacted. this is a safety item!!!!!*ak |
