| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I am waiting to obtain photographs of the tire to verify which model of tire this was, as we purchased this firestone because it was the only available at the time we needed it. i just want to report that we experienced tire tread separation. we found it odd when our tire appeared to have "blown"..and when we stopped to change it, the tire was still inflated, but nearly all of the tread was gone. this caused body damage to our truck and could have caused a serious accident. we thought it was a strange occurence...as prior to this there was nothing wrong with the tire, we hadn't even had it a year. *ak( dot number: ) |
