Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: When driving you can feel cool air go from cool to warm and back to cool, two dealerships and chrysler local representative refused to fix the problem because the vehicle tested the shop okay. when the outside ambeint temp is 100f. the inside temp of the car is 87f. what is happening is the temperature control door is not down all the way and it is oscillating causing the cool air to be heated up by the heater core, causing the inside of the vehicle to be warm. i have faxed chrysler on this problem and i had no reply. to me i feel that i have a warranty problem with chrysler and this vehicle. if i cannot get chrysler management to reply, i will repair the vehicle myself. *ak |
