| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Just purchased motorcycle, had over 15 incidents where the transmission either popped out of 2nd gear while in motion which has almost caused me to crash and also had the same bike jump into neutral between 3rd/4th gear and 4th/5th gear. this is way too scary on a motorcycle. contacted dealer, they told me that i would be responsible for paying the damage unless suzuki gets involved stating it's a manufacturer error. i always owned suzuki, this is the first problem ever. i am very scared to ride this motorcycle now and i can't afford to have it looked at. i just paid $10,000 for the [xxx] thing and i'm stuck. help!!!
