| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My tires have developed "flat spots" on them. i took the truck to the car dealer and they told me to take it to a tire dealer. the tire dealer told me it was the truck causing the problem and firestone would not cover the defect. i have kept the truck maintained and tires rotated and balanced. i feel either firestone or toyota should be responsible for my problem. i am concerned that it might be more of a tire problem since there have been problems with the other size of wilderness tires.( dot number: w2 tire size: p26575/r15 ) |
