| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Purchased 1999 dodge grand caravan new. i have observed severe rusting on the front driver strut tower since the vehicle was only a few years old and now it is rusting through. i have learned that this problem exists on 1996-2000 models and has chrysler tsb #23-0044-02 open against it. apparently many others have experienced same problem, and chrysler assumes no responsibility to cover repair. is this not a serious safety issue? *jb |
