| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: This is the second tbridestone tire in two months that i have lost tread from. i have been lucky twice and don't want a third incident. i was in 5:30pm traffic and felt that the car was not riding correctly i decided to exit the freeway and when i did i lost half of the tread. i still have the tire in my car. i drove immediatley to a local firestone dealer and the best they would do is pro-rate my another bridgestone dueler tire. i'm stuck because these tires are not in the recall and should be!! now i have to pay for a new set of tires. this problem is more widespread than bridgestone leads the public to think! please help!!( dot number: ejmt tire size: p24570r16 ) |
