| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: All 4 tires had pieces of the tread pattern missing. there were cracks in the tire in the grooves between the pieces of tread. i had sears replace the tires before anything happened. i was dissatisfied with sears. they only gave me 54.5% for the tires. i felt that the tires had less than 10,000 miles on them and were defective and they should have been replaced for free. their attitude was we gave you something shut up and go away. when i asked for the tires back the salesman first said that i could have them then he backed up and said that the tires would be sent back to the manufactor. i did not get the serial numbers at that time. i came back later to get the numbers and the assistant manager c( dot number: 7ba3 pua 0 tire size: 24575r16e ) |
