| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Chrysler corp. will not cover the repairs to my vehicle under mfg campaign #728 (nhtsa campaign #97v073002). chrysler claims my vehicle was not included as part of the recall. we've pulled the defective guide rail out of the vehicle and the cable did drop out of the chamber resulting in the shoulder belt anchorage becoming stuck. i am very unsatisfied with the way in which chrysler has handled my complaints as i feel this is not a minor mechanical defect but a major safety defect in the vehicle. |
