Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Lug nuts keep coming loose, have had dealership and several reputable repair shops attempt to fix the problem, i have replaced over 15 studs due to loosing lug nuts frequently, they loosen up as soon as 3 weeks after having vehicle serviced, recently, i was driving on an interstate when my front tire came off, luckily i had made it to the shoulder and caused minimum damage to vehicle- documents from tow truck/ repair shop will verify this happened and also verify that upon checking each tire for same problem, driver side rear lug nuts were only hand tight, the rear axle was just serviced 3 weeks ago- no coincidence- i was out of town when this happened, this has been going on for 6 months, so there is no question that this is vandalism/ or practical joke. *jb |
