| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tread separation - tread came off tire intact, separation from sidewall and inner fabric. pictures taken of tire at location. currently have tire at home for inspection. goodyear tire company contacted and a report filed at dealership in st. george, ut., file #417110. goodyear dealer made inspection of tire and gave inspection report to goodyear at time of report. goodyear only willing to give "pro-rated" cost replacemet of tire at this time, for defective tire replacement. all tires on jeep are original tires delivered with jeep at time of original purchase. dealer inspection states 4/32" depth remaining on tire at time of failure.( dot number: tire size: p225/70r15 ) |
