| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Drivers side front frame member broke due to metal fatigue and poor workmanship. the frame broke (fell apart) by the steering box joint and part of the front suspension assembly - that includes lower and upper control arms and the shock absorber mounting brackets. total control of the vehicle was lost. the vehicle was taken to the dealer for special warranty evaluation on may 11, 2000. still to this date there is no answer for the repair request. the vehicle is still at the dealer. |
