| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Ford consumer complaint division stated that they had no problems with the egr val ve . my mechanic states that he's seen numerous problems with the egr valves on ford products. this item should not have failed at 41,000 miles. upon doing research, it is apparart that this is a problematic ford part. it is essential for the emissions system as well as how the car runs. please note that the dealership where the car was purchased has not been notified of this problem as it is another state from where i live. *ak |
