| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 1 tire has a bubble and other tire's outside tread is coming apart. contacted the dealership where purchased and they advised me to call general tire. i contacted general tire at 1-800-847-3349 & they referred me to the chevrolet dealer in lampasas texas. i was to speak to jim smith but he was not available. was told by a coworker that "general tires do not come apart". i disagree. what do i need to do to get them replaced? i feel they could cause a problem such as the problems with the firestone tires if the tread comes apart...( dot number: tire size: 245175r16 ) |
