| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: After picking my son up from his school bus stop, the vehicle began lightly shuddering at approx.8-10 mph. i thought maybe a weight had fallen off and continued the block and a half drive home. when i went to leave the house again later in the evening, i noticed a mess of what looked like tire shavings on the ground and looked closely at the tire. the tread had separated from the tire. i changed the tire to the spare but now am very concerned about the remaining tires and the possibility of this happening to them. i am the mother of two young kids-recently separated from my husband and this is my only transportation. there is no money for new tires and i am scared to death of driving now. please asdvise as to my rights and the responsibility/liability of firestone. thank you-meagan blackington. *ak( dot number: vd66-6ta tire size: 30x9.50r15 ) |
