| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I will never buy another chrysler product again. our car is in the shop more than it is on the road. and now there is a rattling noise when we start our vehicle. we have been told the engine is going. we have had our vehicle towed at least 4 times now. we have only had this vehicle for 1 year now. we have put 2,000 - 3,000 into this vehicle already and to top it off we purchased the drive train warranty which covered us for about 3 months. purchase price plus warranty plus all the problems = $13,300. |
