| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Because of a recent flat tire, i realized the tires i had. all my tires have the tread cracking both inside and out but the firestone dealership has said because there are 50,000 miles on the vehicle, warranty is no longer valid! after 3 inspections at other tire dealerships, my tires have wear of 7/32 to 10/32. wouldn't there be less tread if the tires were the original on the car?
