| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The driver's seat appears to either 1) not be fastened securely to floor, or 2) have a faulty component which allows movement between the seat bottom and back rest. i have taken the truck to a nearby dealership five tmes. the repair work only provided a temporary fix. the problem is accompanied by a loud creaking noise similar to an old door on rusty hinges. toyota's customer assistance center has assigned a case number 200009110317. they have not responded to my last written complaint. |
