| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Shimmy at low speed. dealer dignosed tread / belt separation. michelin dealer replaced tires with symmetry tires explaining old series no longer available, but symmetry was same tire with same tread pattern. dealer admitted that they've been having trouble with the xw4 tires, but refused to provide any information. i was sold new tires at reduced cost, but paperwork doesn't list tread separation as the reason. co-worker had same problem with michelin tires on pickup truck. is michelin having firestone problems?
