| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While driving my new truck on the 5 fwy sun. 10/29/00 app. 4:30 pm. with my sun roof in the open position, without warning, the sun roof blew of the top with considerable pressure. shattering on the front hood & windshield of the vehicle behind me. this took chips out of the paint & windshield of the vehicle of the 2nd party. upon presenting this to the toyota dealership whom i purchased from, thier reply was disbelief & that they would not honor the warranty. this is one issue. more serious (which is scary) is this could have been a fatal accident & toyota is denying this accident occured. the lady that was behind will. *ak |
