| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While traveling on the highway, the engine of the vehicle shut off. while trying to steer the vehicle over to the emergency lane, the brakes and the steering wheel locked up causing the vehicle to go off the side of the road and into a ditch. the car spun and landed on all four wheels and only the driver was injured. during the actual accident the airbags, never deployed. i feel they should have due to the impact of hitting the ditch head first.
