Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: The quick connect/disconnect that connects the fuel lines to the fuel rail is not holding and is allowing raw gas to leak into the engine compartment, gas fumes can be smelled inside the car, dealer says the only fix is to replace fuel line between fuel filter and fuel rail, i susspect that the quick connect idea is not a good choice for fuel system components since the connector is plastic and gasoline would tend to deteriorate the plastic over time and replacing these fuel lines is a costly $$$ proposition, i will replace the faulty fuel line sections with standard high pressure neoprene/rubber fuel line which should work quite well. *ak
