Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Why wait till an accident and or death occurs because of water damage to truck. they cant fix the problem with a factory gasket, having to plaster silicone with a new gasket is not the answer. a new jeep relacement is in order. i asked the help desk at daimler chrysler if in fact he would accept the new jeep after the dealer butchered the truck, replaced the gaskets and now is resorting to plaster the entire area with silicone, his reply was no way, i then asked him why do you think i am any different. i purchased a brand new vihicle not a used one. how long before the silicone cracks, what about water damage to the wiring harness, ie; the head lights, brake lights cruise control, any of a number of things could cause me to crash and or kill myself and or others ? i ask you is this fair?, i spent over $26,000 dollars so i would not have any problems. *ak |
