| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: As i was starting off at a stop sign, i proceeded to accelerate and my seat tilted backwards. it is just like a rocking chair now. i contacted the dealership in easley at crane chevrolet and they said it was not under warranty and they would not cover it. i called the chev. company at1-800-222-1020 and they said considering the mileage that there was nothing they could do. so now i am contacting you. the seatbelt will be of no use in a wreck because the seat will break completely loose in an accident. the seat is not attached to the frame in the front part of the seat. *ak |
