| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased a 2000 tacoma in the month of july. i have no problems except for the goodyear tires. the goodyear tires have been found defective by sears automotive and toyota and should be replaced asap. for more than a month, i have contacted goodyear regarding the problem, but under my warranty, i took my 2000 tacoma to a local dealer. miguel perez (1045) - rogers and rogers toyota, phone # (760) 353-9300 attended me and for several weeks confirmed that all four tires would be replaced. as of today my tires have not been replaced, except for one tire, which i was charged $7.50. , i am confident you will want to resolve this issue quickly and thoroughly. i am asking that you to look into this matter as it concerns me and other drivers, since the local toyota dealer stated to me, "there was no more they can do."*ak (tiresize: p265/75r15)( dot number: tire size: p265/75r15 ) |
