| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Throttle plate sticking, nissan states maintenance needed to remove carbon buildup. no maintenance to throttle plate stated in owners manual. appears to be too close tolerance in throttle plate to housing fit. slight wear in bushings allow misalignment and thust sticking of throttle plate off idle. nissan motors totally unresponsive and stated that this is a problem they see all the time and requires cleaning of the throttle plate and body. refer to file no. 3116108 regional service advisor - lenice dower 800-647-7261. please do not allow this to build into a "firestone tire" debacle. |
