| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I first reported this problem in january 1997 when the brakes completely failed. eventually, it was covered under warranty. i have returned the vehicle 4 times with the same problem. the vehicle was returned on dec 31, 2000 with a request for meeting with chrysler rep., to date no action has been taken. in my opinion, the vehicle is unsafe, to both my family and others. *ak |
