| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The right steering arm was rusted and broken at the base, which caused injury and dam near killed my entire family. my wife was four month pregnant. i am requesting $250,000.00 for punitive damages and injuries substained by wife, infant daughter, and unborn child. the honda corp. defective vehicle caused this accident on 08/18/00 and honda replaced a defective transmission on the vehicle several months earlier. the vehicle wasn't safe (lemon) and honda should be held accountable. |
