Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have been having problems with oil dripping from my 1996 plymouth breeze. i took it to my mechanic, who told me that the problem was a bad head gasket. i was told by him that plymouth was have a problem with that vehicle and that should be a recall item. i contacted chrysler about my problem and they advised that it wasn't a recalled problem, and it never will be. for them to fix it ,it will cost upwards of 2,000 dollars. i have tried to reason with them, but couldn't get anywhere with them. the problem is very messy for my driveway, and probably a safety concern the more i drive it on the road. i hope nhtsa puts our concerns to the forfront and gets chrysler to address our situation and finally put the problem on the recall list. as a fan of the chrsyler product and buyer, i hope that something can be done. frank cortez |
