| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: All 5 goodyear warngler ap tires as original equipment on truck were defective with bulges on sidewalls. bitterroot ford rep denied that tires had any defects and would have "put them on his wife's car" and in fact said that they had the exact same model tires in their inventory with the same bulges on the sidewalls, but for customer relations they would replace them and he refused to give us goodyear phone number. however, we did get the goodyear phone number from other sources and called goodyear tire direct who had us go directly to their goodyear tire dealer in polson, montana, who examined all 5 tires which included the spare (which had never been on the ground) and verified that all 5 tires were defective with bulges on the sidewalls. he then directly informed goodyear tire and they immediately authorized him to replace withno pro-rate reduction all 5 of the goodyear wrangler ap tires with another model their tires.
