Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While driving, the front passenger seat belt will lock in to place and tighten with every notch that it goes back into the holding place on the side wall. it will not unlock until it is taken off and put completely back in to the holding place. it happens no matter what speed, if brakes are applied or not, or if stopped. we also own a 98 of the same model and it happens with that one also.*ak |
