| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I began experiencing problems with my mustang several months ago. i was unable to get any assistance and thought i was very strange this car would experience a problem like this due to it's mileage and age. the car would shudder at exact speed intervals and vibrate. i have put the car in for service and found this website. i then found the problem listed on your website. i have written a letter to the mfg. and am very upset car owners were not notified about this problem. it could have saved me time and money. i feel ford is responsible and that this is a defective part/assembly. *ak |
