| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Replaced all 4 tires because of vibration at highway speeds. we had these tires balanced and checked over 8 times at numerous dealers, but because of ford recall, they would not do anything about it. i removed the tires from my vehicle at 14,000 miles due to safety concerns about the vibration. i still have the original tires. the firestone dealer would have done something about it had there not been a recall in effect. this problem existed from the day we purchased the vehicle until we had them removed.*ak (tiresize: 225r75/15)( dot number: tire size: 225r75/15 ) |
