| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: This was brought to my attention by another owner of the same vehicle. i was advised that my front tires were bald. i checked them and found they were ok. i had already replaced two of them in less than two years. turns out the person advising me had also done so and there was still another person (we all belong to the same church and drive the same vehicle) experiencing the same problem. the front tires are wearing excessively and the dealership is aware of the situation but has elected to do nothing about it. the wrong tires are being sold with this vehicle. i was told they finally got the dealership to agree to the fact that they were the wrong tires and they replaced them with truck tires because the van is on a truck chasis. i'm on my second set and have fewer than 25,000 miles on my van!*ak (tiresize: p235/75r15) |
