| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Vehicle has a vibration(shake or whopple) in driver and front passenger seat. front passenger seat has a bad vibration when driving with speed of 50mph or more. has been to the dealership numerous times with this complaint and contacted isuzu twice, tires have been rotated and balanced, rims changed, hub assembly replaced, and wheel bearings repacked. we have now been told from their customer realtion representative that this is a normal ride for this vehicle. we would like the district service representative to be contacted and drive our vehicle if possible.*ak |
