| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The brakes in this vehicle do not work properly. they require excessive pedal depression before brakes engage and brake action is fine if brake pedal is pumped. the dealer has been unable to fix this problem, despite having replaced the master cylinder and other attempted repairs. i believe this is a hazard, as stopping distance is prolonged because of the problem. i've been unable to find someone locally who can test the braking distance, but would appreciate any suggestions you have about having this done.*ak |
