| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: With the truck at idle and the brake pedal depressed to hold the vehicle power steering is lost. when holding the truck at idle on a hill with the brakes you can not turn the steering wheel. power steering pump is sued for both the power steering snd the power brakes. on 12/27/00 kurt bruhn of mointicello ford told me this was "normal". invoice #focs228723. this is not only inconvenient it is unsafe.*ak |
