| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The vehicle was parked in a parking lot on a moderately flat surface. the aprking brake had been engaged. i was alerted by local security that my vehicle had rolled out of it's parking spot. it rolled approximately 20 yards into the rear end of another parked car. this parking brake had been "fixed" one time before. the parking brake does not hold on anything more than a flat surface. it's been fixed repeatedly, but within days of being fixed it will "pop" and be too loose to hold the vehicle.*ak |
