Was Vehicle Towed: -	Description of the Complaints: I am the parts manager for a large taxicab co in reno nev. i have been here six years we have approximately 150 cabs mostly mercury grand marquis. since i have been here i can account for at least 41 intake manifold replacements as i have now learned had a lawsuit with ford over the cracking of them. i also understand that there is a settlement if i have proof that these were purchased. they are and i have receipts. is ford going to honor these as we were never notified by ford of this problem. i feel it unfair that we own almost 150 of these fords and we were never notified of the manifold problem with the cracking and the leaking. please advise there were many different dates through out the years thanks nick. *nm
