Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Fuel rail was replaced as a precaution when the recall was issued for this problem. dealer changed the fuel rail and o-rings and tested for leaks in injector o-rings and found no problems. since the correction there has been a noticeable gas smell entering the cabin area when fan is on and engine is running. gas smell is apparent surrounding the injector area when parked. dealer is inspecting problem but all indications point to the notorious leaky fuel injection system. |
