Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: My car has a very bad vibration in the steering wheel, when the car is in drive,it can be felt every where in the car. we have taken it back to the dealer they just say ,it is the characteristic of my vehicle ,i have tryed to see what customer relations at ford motor co can do and they say the same thing.i think they are just put me off untill the warranty runs out. also found a sheared off nut and bolt laying on the frt drivers side floor board, the ford dealer said they looked under the dash and found none missing, they say the bolt was tract in the vehicle from someones shoe. note.my car was in the dealer body shop on november 2000,and i found the bolt in feb 9, 2002,gee are they trying to say we have not swept the car out for over 15 mos. i don't think so.could this car be an accident waiting to happen?*ak
