Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: We have been having problems with this transmission. it keeps poping out of 5th gear at highway speeds. this is not only nerve racking but dangerious. now that i am trying to sell car and disclosing this no one wants it. but today was a call from a buyer who first asked, " does the car pop out in 5th gear" i said yes and he went into that this is an inherant problem in the design of nisson and infinity manual transmissions. went on that this is happening wide spread relative to the number of their cars with mannual transmission and there should be a recall. he believes it is a desgine fault and not somethine due to normal wear, i agree.*ak
