Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 10/12/2000 (mileage18879) machined rear drums due to being out of round, 12/08/2000 (mileage22107)replaced both rear drums, 12/12/2000 (mileage22280) replaced both rear drums, 01/10/2000 (mileage24197) repair: resurfaced and cleaned front rotors, 1/26/2000 (mileage24714) brakes pulsating. technician stated the condition could not be duplicated, 07/20/2001 (mileage37987) brakes pulsating. rear drums out of round and replaced along with new shoes. the vehicle still has the same problem but the dealers don't want to fix it without me having to pay for it since it is over the 36,000 mile warranty. i don't feel that i should have to pay for a defect that started(and has not been fixed) before the warranty period ended. thank you for any help that you can give me with this problem. marvin mero. *ak |
