Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Major building code violations include using romex wiring (carrying 110 volts ac) where allowed to flex and rub through to bare copper wiring. this wire was then installed in a manner that allowed it to go underneath a non-flexible water line that subsequently broke & leaked onto exposed wiring. the matter of 300 pound cabinet. has been "repaired" 5 times, keeps getting loose from ceiling & is about to fall on driver of vehicle. the results if gone unchecked would either kill. the driver or a lot of people as the now out-of-control vehicle careened down the road. both manufacturer & dealer have failed to repair this problem, putting driver and lots of people at great risk. this vehicle should be declared for what it is a lemon!! i do not feel that manufacturer is acting in a responsible manner! dt |
