Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Consumer states transmission was warranted by subaru first three times, on fourth occasion subaru declined warranty stating that condition was caused by driver trying to move gear into reverse while moving forward, other problems include a whining sound while in reverse after the third disassembly, consumer feels the transmission was probably never assembled correctly in the beginning, consumer is disappointed with subaru and its warranty. *tt
