| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Remedy to recall campaign 00e034000 is not acceptable. the rubber pieces is a continous strain to infant's neck. also the range of the motion chest clip is now limited and making it very difficult for consumer to fit the infant into carseat.*ak the modification on child seat done by manufacturer after recall failed to remedy the problem. the shoulder pads are not soft and dig into the side of the child's neck causing great discomfort. *yh |
