Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Brakes in rear of truck constantly wearing excessively. this causes truck not stop properly when they were applied. been in shop numerous of times for repairs that would fail. rear brake problems has never been corrected to satisfaction. lost of revenue to due in the shop. *ak consumer experienced many problems with braking system called durapark, an accident was caused due to faulty brakes, also abs light illuminated several times and dealer replaced abs sensors, dealer also found air in braking system more than once. door panels and latches were faulty. driver seat lumbar broke, driver seat would not lock in place. heater, air conditioner, defroster faulty, dealer found blower motor failed and heater cable out of adjustment. loose clamps caused oil leak, engine had poor power. power steering pump gasket leaked. synchronizers wore causing grinding, clutch replaced, driveshaft faulty, differential leak, transmission output shaft leak. power window control stuck. odometer added a tenth of a mile when parking brake was applied. electrical problems included: wire shortage, bad ground to dummer switch, battery box rusted, and battery cover fell off. window seals failed, windshield washer hose pinched and the wiring was corroded. shocks leaked. parking brake knob broke. hood hanle not centered, dealer realigned. fuel injection pump and fuel pump faulty. temp and charging system gauges had loose connection. dome light almost disconnected. dash assembly had loose screws. seat belts had covers replaced. door locks out of adjustment. muffler noisy, exhaust leaked, and muffler separated from pipe. inner and outer fender of left side fittings were hooked causing hood to be hard to open, cab and fender were missing bolts. *slc |
