| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Last year august,2000 fuel pump replaced by james chevrolet at 103,000 miles. problem came back when consumer noticed vehicle stalling and not starting. in may,2001 problem was intermittent and dealer said they could not fix it if it was not broke, and to bring it back when it failed. three months later failed and the sender kit was replaced along with fuel pump and melted wires were found inside the tank. dealers service manager had seen problem, but not enough to be conbustible.*ak *yh |
