Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Problem with exhaust manifold bolts that secure it to engine head. nissan is aware of the design flaws. manifold directs hot exhaust gas back into the exhaust system to be burned or expelled from the car. no recall, but nissan knows the angle of the manifold curve is misaligned. gas hits the metal head on and overheats the manifold and studs. the heat warps the metal and shears the bolts which should keep the part secure. |
